Soldering

In addition to our core competence of tube bending, we offer our customers a variety of different joining processes with our brazing department. We braze with silver solder, copper solder and all other suitable types of solder with the aid of flux or inert gas. In our brazing department we train the processes inductive brazing and flame brazing. Furnace brazing and vacuum brazing are realized by our long-term partner companies.

We braze steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass. In addition to customer-specific connections, we braze hydraulic connections according to DIN, SAE, BSP, JIC, NPT and NPTF. Our brazed piping is used in a variety of different industries, including hydraulics, rail technology and engine construction.

As test methods we use hydrogen leak test, leak test with leak detection spray, air/water tests, differential pressure / pressure difference test and oil pressure test up to 500bar. In addition, our certified specialists carry out VT visual inspection and PT dye penetrant testing according to DIN EN ISO 9712 level 2, if required.

To ensure the highest level of quality for our customers, we manufacture according to a DIN ISO 9001:2015 certified process.
