CNC Tube Bending

Since 1988 our tube bending shop is the foundation of our success. On state-of-the-art CNC tube bending machines, we bend pipes made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals in a diameter range from 4mm to 120mm for our customers at two locations. As raw material we process round tubes, oval tubes, square tubes and solid material with the bending methods mandrel bending, free form and roll bending according to drawings and 3D models. Our tubing is used in a wide range of industries, including railroad technology, engine construction, vehicle and machine construction, aerospace and hydrogen and fuel cell technology.

Through our lean management offensive of more than six years, our bending process and bending machines are optimally designed for small to medium batch sizes. From sample lines with a lot size starting at one piece, to series deliveries with a lot size of over 5000 pieces, our manufacturing process can be flexibly, quickly and setup cost optimized to meet the needs of our customers. With our modern tactile and camera-based measuring systems, we have the possibility to quickly create 3D models and bending programs for simple and complex pipes and pipe constructions on the basis of sample pipes.

To ensure the highest level of quality for our customers, we bend tubes according to a process certified in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:2015.
