Compression Fitting

In addition to our core competence of tube bending, we offer our customers assembly for all well-known cutting and clamping ring fittings. With our state-of-the-art process-monitored assembly machines, we assemble cutting and clamping rings from all leading manufacturers, including Parker, Eaton/Walterscheid, VOSS and Swagelok. We assemble the designs in steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, brass and a wide variety of soft-sealing fittings, such as EO2 functional nuts, in all available diameter ranges. In addition, we assemble according to the manufacturer's specifications with support sleeves to ensure optimum cutting ring engagement. With our process-monitored assembly machines, we can ensure optimum pre-assembly and final assembly in accordance with customer and manufacturer specifications.

In addition, we can offer our customers VOSS FormSQR tube forming. This forming enables the highest process reliability in series production.

In addition to individual lines, we also manufacture and assemble complex tube systems with a wide variety of screwed, valve and tube elements, up to ready-to-install system components.

A speciality is the production of tube sets. Here we relieve our customers as far as possible of the logistical requirements and the commissioning effort and pack the kits in an assembly-optimized manner in the specified sequence.

To ensure the highest level of quality for our customers, we manufacture in accordance with a process certified to DIN ISO 9001:2015.
