Pipe-End Preparation

We produce piping with standardized and customized end machining at the highest qualitative level

In addition to our core competencies of tube bending and tube welding, we offer our customers a wide range of manufacturing options for a variety of different tube end forming operations. With our mostly CNC controlled forming machines we can realize flaring, tapering, upsetting, punching, slitting, notching and pressing in a diameter range from 4mm to 120mm.

With our cold forming technology we are able to apply flanging according to DIN 74234 and beading according to DIN 3021-3 and formerly DIN 71550 to all our bent parts. Customer-specific special forming for a wide variety of applications can also be formed with our machines. Forming is possible on all piping made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals.

To ensure the highest level of quality for our customers, we manufacture according to a DIN ISO 9001:2015 certified process.
