The day began with a warm welcome from our management and the training team. To break the ice and get to know each other better, we started with a game together. It was great to see how quickly everyone got talking to each other and made initial contacts. After this warm-up phase, we continued with a delicious breakfast.
We then introduced our company, the Welte Group, to the new trainees and our dual student. They were given important information about our history, our values and our various departments. The subsequent tour of the RBT and WCS departments was particularly exciting. Here, our new trainees were able to gain a first insight into their future working day and familiarise themselves with their future workplaces.
After so many impressions, we enjoyed lunch together. This relaxed atmosphere provided another opportunity to socialise and get to know each other.
We are very much looking forward to accompanying these young people on their career path. The variety of professions - from wholesale and foreign trade management and metal technology to machine and plant management and business administration marketing - shows once again how wide-ranging our opportunities are.
